FIT classes are all about building your functional strength, fitness and mindset.
Our STUDIO Classes allow you to jump straight in and get started on your journey, there’s no induction needed, no prerequisites and they’re open to everyone!
We run many Strength & Fitness Classes throughout the week, we start at 5am and run right through until late in the evening. Regardless of your level, regardless of your goal, we have a class that will help you get real results. Take a look at all of our classes below…

TRIBE ONE is a gym in Feltham, Middlesex in the West of London that offers a range of group based classes from functional strength and fitness to a dedicated Mixed Martial Arts studio offering MMA classes to all levels from beginner to professional. The gym itself is fitted out over two levels with the strength & conditioning zone on the ground floor and the MMA zone on the first floor.
