‘STRONG’ Classes with periodised training blocks built around improving maximal strength. ‘PRIMAL’ Classes with traditional ‘Strongman’ equipment, such as Tyres, Atlas Stones and Yokes.  ‘LIFT’ Classes with Olympic Weightlifting movements; Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

STRONG

Periodised training blocks built around improving maximal strength. Increasing maximal strength has been proven to enhance all other physical capacities. Testing occurs at the beginning and ending of a cycle (typically 8 to 12 weeks long)

TEAM

For the competitive athlete in you, our TEAM classes are designed to replicate the nature and environment of CrossFit competitions. A little more stringent than our regular classes, but still incredibly fun.

TR1

Our exclusive, signature class to Tribe One Gym. Simple. Brutal. Effective. Intense intervals of work completed on the Rower, Ski Erg and Assault Bike are mixed with tough core strength drills.

Why not come and try one of our amazing FLOWGA classes, a hybrid of traditional Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Animal Flow and meditation. This class is accessible for all, and is a fantastic compliment to any serious strength and fitness programme.

FIT

Functional cardio and core strength classes designed to improve your heart, lungs and core strength, as well as making you more mobile and losing body fat. Various tests are used every month to track and record progress.

PRIMAL

Traditional ‘Strongman’ equipment, such as Tyres, Atlas Stones and Yokes, are mixed with natural human movements; pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting. Focusing on developing brute power in a very fun and unique way.
