Strength Classes

If you’re serious about your strength training then you need the right equipment, the right coaching and the right environment. Our LIFT, STRONG and PRIMAL Classes are dedicated to improving every facet of strength.

PRIMAL

Traditional ‘Strongman’ equipment, such as Tyres, Atlas Stones and Yokes, are mixed with natural human movements; pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting. Focusing on developing brute power in a very fun and unique way.

LIFT

Here we focus solely on the Olympic Weightlifting movements; Snatch and Clean and Jerk. No single session will develop your strength, speed, power, co-ordination, and timing like this.

STRONG

Periodised training blocks built around improving maximal strength. Increasing maximal strength has been proven to enhance all other physical capacities. Testing occurs at the beginning and ending of a cycle (typically 8 to 12 weeks long)
