Today saw the first Tribe One grading for the strength and fitness programme that we run.
The idea behind the grading is to create a fun and supportive environment for the tribe to push themselves to the limit and test themselves across a number of physical attributes.
We have a very sophisticated and unique grading system that allows you to get an accurate representation of where your fitness levels currently stand. Based on this, you can set goals and plans to make the changes you want to.
