MMA Beginners Courses
At TRIBE One we have an extensive beginners programme that is designed to help anyone that is new to Mixed Martial Arts. If you are new to Mixed Martial Arts, then the first step is to register yourself on one of our beginners courses that kick off at the start of every month.There are two ways to get involved, you can either learn week by week at our Weekly MMA Beginners Course or you can do the entire course in 1 day at our One Day MMA Beginners Course.
Once you’ve completed your induction our entire MMA programme is available to you as a member including morning classes, lunchtime classes and evening classes.
The beginners course is a great way to learn MMA. As a beginner to martial arts the encouragement, experience and support the instructors give you is second to none and I look forward to training with them for many years to come!
MMA Youth & Kids
Martial Arts are incredibly beneficial for kids and teens. The classes teach discipline, focus, determination, problem solving and of course a vast array of Martial Arts techniques that are highly applicable to Self Defence.
Our classes help younger students learn the skills of Mixed Martial Arts in a safe, friendly and fun environment. Our classes are split into two age ranges – one for primary school ages (5-10 years) and one for secondary school ages (11-15 years).
