Whether you’re a complete beginner just starting in Mixed Martial Arts or already have years of experience in MMA or any other Martial Art we can help you achieve the highest MMA standards with our expert coaching and our bespoke MMA facility. Over 20 classes a week and over 1,500 square feet of mat space TRIBE One is the perfect MMA learning environment.

At TRIBE One we have an extensive beginners programme that is designed to help anyone that is new to Mixed Martial Arts. If you are new to Mixed Martial Arts, then the first step is to register yourself on one of our beginners courses that kick off at the start of every month. This includes beginners programmes for young kids and youth.

Once you’ve completed your induction our entire MMA programme is available to you as a member including morning classes, lunchtime classes and evening classes.

MMA Youth

Mixed Martial Arts classes for youth and teens aged between 11-15 years old.

Combat Fitness

Ladies MMA Class

This class is a Mixed Martial Arts class aimed at female students. It will cover all the fundamental skills of MMA and it will also have a personal safety edge to it where we explore some of the ways that MMA techniques can be utilised outside of the class or cage.
