Do you want to train with likeminded people? you know, the ones who don’t care about getting dirty! the ones who embrace the inclement weather! Well then, you’ve come to the right place.
We offer motivational group training sessions for men & women through all 12 months of the year, and through all weathers.
Our midweek sessions are predominantly based around bodyweight and kettlebell workouts. Kettlebells are a fantastic piece of equipment that offer a total body workout when coupled with basic bodyweight movements.
At the weekend we move locations to TRIBE ONE GYM where we can utilise basic additional equipment that is not available at our outdoor sessions. This may include the use of Concept 2 rowing machines or our assault bikes. It may be working on grip strength, where we can use our pullup rigs. If you are into your outdoor OCR events then being able to lift your own bodyweight is going to be a huge benefit to you.
The mixture of the two will ensure that you get the best of both environments to help you develop an arsenal of attributes so that you will literally be ready for anything life can throw at you.
Being outside offers constant changes to your workout. The weather being the biggest factor. Have you ever ran outside into a strong head wind? Or a done a bear crawl through the mud? Being exposed to and training in the different elements that our inclement weather has to offer from day to day also keeps it interesting. Burpees in the snow is a particular favourite of ours!
Training outdoors offers mental clarity, relaxation, and fresh air. A chance to forget about work, kids and the general stresses of day to day life, and just have a bit of time for yourself, which is so vitally important.
