Designed to add some serious strength gains to your training, our STRONG programme will provide you with the most robust strength workouts.

Strength training helps reduce body fat, build lean muscle mass, decrease risk of injury or accidents, and improve all other physical capacities.

Perfecting technique, and sensibly increasing load (either weight, volume or complexity of movement), our periodised programme will allow you to become stronger across our whole ‘strong matrix’; upper body pressing and pulling, lower body, core and total body strength.

STRONG classes typically end with a short workout, to make sure you are leaving with a complete
and well rounded session under your belt.
