Our Staines TRIBE are the founding fathers of the TRIBE Outside movement, come and join the TRIBE!

The Staines Head Coach, Jay, is a Kettlebell master; he will have you being challenged in ways you would think of using such a simple piece of kit.

A stickler for form, you’ll be safely introduced to strength work utilising kit such as kettlebells and dumbbells. With some solid strength training under your belt, your fitness and cardio will also be tested with a patented Tribe OUTSIDE workout.

As a group, they continue to take part in other events, such as the annual Staines 10k Run and numerous OCR’s (like Tough Mudder and Spartan Runs). And as nutrition is so vital, it’s important for the group trial local restaurants to see what’s on offer!
