Our Ninja classes are designed to improve your gymnastic skills.

Like anything worth having, improving your press ups, pull ups, and ultimately, your handstand press ups, toes-to-bar and muscle ups, takes a lot of time and hard work.

This class will develop the fundamentals behind gymnastics; we’ll build your core strength, increase your mobility and work through sensible progressive movements.

The NINJA programme will help you master the basics of gymnastics, and therefore, allow you to work on more complex movements.
