Olympic Lifting Classes

Here we focus solely on the Olympic Weightlifting movements; Snatch and Clean and Jerk. No single session will develop your strength, speed, power, co-ordination, and timing like this.

Olympic Weightlifting is one of the most beneficial types of training available.

Despite being a ‘specialist’ form of training, requiring knowledgeable coaches and the correct equipment, we’ve got you covered: a range of Olympic Weightlifting bars and plates, and a host of fully qualified coaches.

Training in the Olympic Lifts (the Snatch and Clean + Jerk), will improve strength, speed, power, mobility, co-ordination and confidence.

Whether it’s for sport or just general enjoyment, our LIFT classes will take you to the next level.
