FIT classes are all about building your functional strength, fitness and mindset.

FIT Classes are designed to improve all your physical and mental capacity in every way.

We have four broad categories of strength training; upper body pressing and pulling, lower body, core, and total body.

We then have two broad categories of fitness/cardio training; steady-state stamina and high-intensity intervals.

FIT classes mix and match all of these different types of strength and fitness training modalities, providing the definitive whole body training session.
